DEBT

Treasury sells 2.0-2.5 billion euros 3.10% BTP Short bonds due Aug. 28, 2026. Subscriptions close at 0900 GMT.


The Treasury said on Monday it would sell up to 9.25 bln euros in bonds at an Aug. 29 auction.


COMPANIES

SARAS SRS.MI

Vitol's financial vehicle Varas exceeded 90% of the share capital of the Italian oil refiner on Monday, allowing it to now delist Saras.

France's Vivendi VIV.PA would only be interested in a a block sale of all of its 23.75% stake in TIM, asking around 2 billion euros for the entire shareholding, Il Messaggero reported on Tuesday citing sources. Il Giornale reported Vivendi is seeking between 1.5 billion euros and 2 billion euros.

Once out of TIM's share capital, Vivendi could also decide to drop its lawsuit against the phone group over the sale of its fixed-line network to the consortium led by KKR KKR.N, Corriere della Sera reported on Tuesday.

Blackstone and private equity Tikehau are among the groups that have been sounded out for the sale, La Stampa reported.

The Bombassei family, which controls brake maker Brembo BRBI.MI, has further increased its stake in the yacht maker to 2.07% from 1.1%, MF reported on Tuesday.

The team continued their flying start under new manager Thiago Motta with a comfortable 3-0 victory at Hellas Verona in Serie A on Monday as a Dusan Vlahovic double and a goal by Nicolo Savona sent them to the top of the table.
