** India banking .NSEBANK and financial stocks .NIFTYFIN jump 1.15% and 1.4%, respectively, to session highs
** RBI holds rates but changes policy stance to 'neutral', which opens the door for rate cuts
** Bank and financials ease back to gains of 0.4% and 0.8%, respectively, but still higher than flat and up 0.4% ahead of RBI decision
** Banks up 6% YTD, financials up 20% vs Nifty 50's .NSEI ~16% rise
