Italian energy company Eni said on Wednesday it had completed the sale of 10% of the share capital of oilfield group Saipem at 1.970 euros per share for a total value of 393 million euros ($421.96 million).
LEONARDO LDOF.MI
The Italian defence and aerospace group said on Tuesday it had interrupted negotiations with Franco-German consortium KMW+Nexter Defence Systems (KNDS) to create a strategic tank alliance, without giving a reason.

STELLANTIS STLAM.MI
Italy's industry ministry said on Tuesday it would assess whether changes planned by ACC, a battery joint venture backed by carmakers Stellantis STLAM.MI and Mercedes MBGn.DE, to a gigafactory project in the Adriatic town of Termoli are consistent with the terms of the planned state aid.
The government has asked for guarantees on jobs levels at Stellantis' production facilities in the area, the ministry said.

Pay TV broadcaster Sky Italia does not intend to sell its television rights for the 2024-2027 Champions League, Europa League and Conference League, Il Sole 24 Ore daily reported on Wednesday.

The company is considering the sale of its Medea unit, which builds and manages gas distribution networks in Sardinia, Il Sole 24 Ore reported on Wednesday. Infrastructure funds focused on energy could be interested in a potential deal, Il Sole said.

The Italian payments company will expand its collaboration with Mediobanca, in particular with its consumer credit unit Compass, daily MF reported on Wednesday.
It said the two companies aim to consolidate their strategic partnership in the short-term financing formula 'buy now and pay later'.

Italy's competition watchdog said on Wednesday it had closed a probe into the lender and its digital bank unit Isybank, because they have taken the required action to avoid unfair commercial practices.

Prosecutors in Milan are investigating the supply chain of around a dozen more fashion brands, a person with knowledge of the matter said, after a unit of France's LVMH LVMH.PA in Italy was placed under court administration in a worker exploitation probe.
