Treasury announces the sale of BTP Short with relative amounts to be auctioned on Aug. 27; the announcement for BTPei bonds has been cancelled.

Milan Stock Exchange After Hours market closed.

The energy service company is close to signing a contract worth up to 2 billion euros with Saudi Arabian oil giant Saudi Aramco 2223.SE, Italian media reported on Thursday, adding that the deal includes expansion works in the Marjan offshore oil field in the Arabian Gulf.

Lane, the U.S. unit of the construction group, is part of a joint venture which was awarded a $466 million contract to build two twin railway tunnels that are part of the Hudson Tunnel Project, a railway tunnel between New York City and New Jersey, Webuild said in a statement on Thursday. It added that Lane has a share of 35% of the contract.

CEO Giovanni Costantino said the high-end yacht group had suffered "enormous damage" on their image from the shipwreck of the Bayesian and that the group was considering legal action to protect group's image, and credibility, in an interview with daily Corriere della Sera published on Thursday. .
The group owns Perini Navi, the company that built superyacht Bayesian, which sank off Sicily on Monday

The club said late on Wednesday it has acquired defender Pierre Kalulu from A.C. Milan until June 2025 for 3.3 million euros. It will have the option to definitively acquire the player for 14 million euros plus additional 3 million euros based on performance.

Rimini, annual meeting "If we are not looking for the essential, then what are we looking for?" continues; ends on Aug. 25.
