LONDON, Aug 28 (Reuters) -North Sea Ekofisk and U.S. WTI Midland dipped lower on Wednesday, while October loading programmes for North Sea benchmark grades started to surface.

LOADINGS

* Traders digested October loading programmes for Oseberg and Troll on Wednesday.

* The grades will load three and four cargoes respectively in October, the programmes showed.

* September loadings for both grades were set at three cargoes apiece, for comparison.

PLATTS WINDOW

* Indications are on a free-on-board (FOB) basis unless marked as cost, insurance and freight (CIF) or delivered at place (DAP).

* Ekofisk: TotalEnergies bought a Sep. 22-24 cargo from Equinor at dated Brent plus +$3.30.

* On Tuesday, Equinor had offered the same dates at dated Brent plus $3.55, before withdrawing the offer.

* WTI Midland: Aramco offered a Sep. 24-28 cargo at dated Brent plus $3.00 CIF Rotterdam.

* The WTI offer equated to around dated plus $1.82 on a FOB equivalent basis, Reuters calculations showed.

* In the previous session, Aramco had offered the same dates at dated Brent plus $3.05 CIF Rotterdam.

* WTI remained the cheapest grade underpinning the dated Brent benchmark on Wednesday.
