** Brazilian logistics firm Transpetro, a unit of state-run oil firm Petrobras PETR4.SA, said it has launched a procurement notice to commission four new coastal vessels, which it hopes will help revive the nation's shipbuilding sector.nL1N3J00U8
** Private equity firm Bain Capital is nearing a deal to acquire Envestnet ENV.N, a U.S. financial software vendor with a market value of about $3.5 billion, people familiar with the matter said. nL1N3J00SK
