** Masimo MASI.O said a potential partner is prepared to offer $850 million to $950 million for its consumer business.

** Skydance Media and Paramount Global PARA.O agreed to merge, the companies announced late on Sunday, scripting a new chapter for one of Hollywood's oldest studios.

** Devon Energy DVN.N said it had entered into a deal to acquire private equity firm EnCap-owned Grayson Mill Energy's Williston basin business in a cash-and-stock deal worth $5 billion, as it aims to cash in on high stock valuations to grow acreage.
