Oct 15 -Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening higher on Tuesday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.3%.


* DE LA RUE: British banknote printer De La Rue DLAR.L said it would sell its authentication business for 300 million pounds ($391.56 million), including debt, to industrial technology firm Crane NXT CXT.N.

* BELLWAY: UK homebuilder Bellway BWY.L said that it expects to construct more homes in the 2025 financial year than in the previous fiscal, buoyed by hopes of further reductions in borrowing costs.

* ROBERT WALTERS: British recruiter Robert Walters RWA.L reported a 12% drop in its third-quarter net fee income, pulled down by lacklustre hiring in Europe and the UK amid macroeconomic and political uncertainties.

* APPLIED NUTRITION: Applied Nutrition IPO-APPL.L, a British sports supplements manufacturer, forecast to raise about 340 million pounds to 400 million pounds in its London initial public offering.

* HSBC: HSBC Holdings Plc HSBA.L is reviewing expenses and operational controls at its China digital wealth business Pinnacle, in a move that could result in layoffs and mark an abrupt reversal of the lender's ambition for the unit, several sources said.

* REGULATORY OVERHAUL: British Prime Minister Keir Starmer promised on Monday to scrap regulation that holds back economic growth as he secured commitments for more than 60 billion pounds ($78 billion) of investment from some of the world's biggest businesses.

* OIL: Oil prices slid 3% in early Asian trade after a media report said Israel is willing not to strike Iranian oil targets, which eased fears of a supply disruption.

* GOLD: Gold was flat on Tuesday.
