French IT consulting group Capgemini said on Friday it now expects its annual revenue to fall compared with the earlier expectation of at least maintaining stable growth, citing weakness in the North American market.



AIR LIQUIDE AIRP.PA:

French industrial gas supplier Air Liquide reported first-half group operating margin in line with consensus on Friday, supported by structural efficiencies.



BOUYGUES BOUY.PA:

French construction-to-telecoms group Bouygues posted first-half core earnings above expectations on Friday, driven by its energy arm Equans and construction unit that offset a sharp decline in its real estate business.



AMUNDI AMUN.PA:

Amundi, Europe's biggest fund manager, posted better-than-expected quarterly inflows on Friday, driven by its Asian joint ventures amid a sustained demand for risk-averse products.


FDJ FDJ.PA:

The French Lottery company posted first semester sales up 5%, driven by the digital sector

The French banking group announced it entered into exclusive negotiations in view of the acquisition of Nexity property management NEXI.PA

French media group Vivendi reported a 39.3% increase in first-half EBITA to 619 million euros


ESSILORLUXOTTICA ESLX.PA:

Ray-Ban maker EssilorLuxottica reported a 5.2% rise in second-quarter sales on Thursday, driven by sales in the EMEA region


SAINT GOBAIN SGOB.PA:

French building materials group Saint-Gobain said it expects a slowdown in some of its markets over the full 2024 year, however confirming its forecast of a double-digit operating margin in the second half and for full-year 2024


VINCI SGEF.PA:

The european construction and concessions group reported a 4.4% increase in first-half sales on Thursday, driven by its concessions, energy and construction activities, but below analysts' expectations


EURONEXT ENX.PA:

The pan-European said on Thursday the final cost of integrating the Milan Exchange it bought in 2021 would be 30 million euros ($32.57 million) lower than previously indicated. It also reported revenue in the three months to June up 12.2% to 412.9 million euros over the same quarter last year.
