Anglo American up; BHP says another proposal still possibility
** Shares in Anglo American AAL.L up 1.2%, second most on FTSE 100 .FTSE
** BHP BHP.AX clarifies it's pursuit of Anglo American is not off the table
** BHP's chair on Wednesday said the Australian miner was over Anglo and looking elsewhere for opportunity, which the co later clarified did not mean it would not renew its attempt to buy AAL
** AAL slid ~4% on Weds after BHP chair said the miner was over Anglo and looking elsewhere; BHP clarified these remarks
** BHP walked away from a $49 bln bid to buyout Anglo after it was rebuffed three times in late May
** Under UK takeover rules BHP can table a new proposal to buy Anglo from late November, six months after it walked away
** Anglo shares are up about 23% so far this year
