LONDON, Nov 28 (Reuters) -West African grades remained under pressure on Thursday from lacklustre demand and ample supply.

* Nigerian crude Bonny Light was valued earlier this week at about dated Brent plus $1.00. No change was heard on Thursday.

* Supply is ample for December and exports of four key Nigerian grades - Qua Iboe, Bonny, Bonga and Forcados - will reach 841,000 barrels per day (bpd) in January, preliminary programmes seen by Reuters on Tuesday showed, up from a combined 770,000 bpd scheduled to load in December.

* On Angolan crude, it wasn't clear if state oil firm Sonangol sold its cargoes of January-loading Dalia and Nemba, which were last heard to be offered at dated Brent minus 60 cents and minus $1.40 respectively.

* More Nigerian crude is heading to Asia this month, Kpler data show. Loadings for Asia so far in November have reached 414,000 bpd, up from 230,000 bpd in October.
