US Cash Grains-Soy basis mixed, corn mostly up as futures recover
CHICAGO, Nov 15 (Reuters) -Spot basis bids for soybeans were steady to mixed and corn bids were mostly higher in the U.S. Midwest on Friday as a pause in the dollar's rally boosted grain and soy futures.
* The soybean basis fell at an Ohio elevator and rose at a river terminal.
* The corn basis fell at an Ohio elevator and rose at a processor, river terminal and two ethanol plants.
* Corn and soybeans steadied after a four-day drop, but uncertainty over the impact of Donald Trump's upcoming U.S. presidency on trade and biofuel policy hung over the markets, analysts said.
* Low prices have continued to make farmers reluctant sellers of their crops.
* CBOT soybeans Sv1 were last down 14 cents at $9.92-3/4 per bushel while CBOT corn Cv1 was last down 6-1/2 cents at $4.20 per bushel.
