Med crude-Urals diffs unchanged, premiums for Azeri BTC oil ease
MOSCOW, Nov 19 (Reuters) -Urals crude differentials to dated Brent were unchanged on Tuesday, while premiums for Azeri BTC oil eased in a deal.
Urals oil loading plan for December was expected to emerge only next week, but traders said that some producers offer December-loading cargoes based on tentative loading dates.
Premiums for Azeri BTC oil eased amid rising competition with alternative grades in Mediterranean.
Black Sea CPC Blend oil exports via the Caspian Pipeline Consortium pipeline system are set to inch up to 1.43 million barrels per day in December from 1.42 million bpd in a November plan, two sources familiar with the matter told Reuters.

SOCAR sold 650,000 barrels of Azeri BTC loading on Dec. 7-11 to Italy's Eni at premium of $1.50 per barrel to dated Brent, below recent estimates.
No bids or offers were shown for Urals or CPC Blend in the Platts window on Tuesday.

Russia's second-largest oil producer Lukoil LKOH.MM shut operations at its catalytic cracker unit (KK-1) at the NORSI oil refinery from Nov. 13 for emergency repair works, three industry sources said on Tuesday.
Russia plans to take 2.42 million metric tons of refining capacity offline in November, up 34% from a previous plan, increasing the amount of crude oil available for export, according to Reuters calculations based on data from industry sources.
