LONDON, Aug 16 (Reuters) -Mediterranean and Russian Urals crude differentials held steady on Friday, while CPC Blend loadings were pencilled in at 1.3 million bpd in September.

* Total CPC Blend loadings across the month will reach around 4.9 million metric tons, according to Reuters calculations, using a conversion factor of 7.96 barrels per ton.

* That would make loadings relatively unchanged from August, when loadings were also scheduled at 4.9 million tons.

* August and September loadings are likely below average because of maintenance on the Tengiz field that began on Aug. 1, trade sources said.

* CPC Blend loadings from Novorossiysk averaged around 5.46 million tons per month over January-July, according to LSEG data.

PLATTS WINDOW

* No bids or offers were made for Urals, CPC Blend or Azeri BTC crude in the Platts window on Friday.

* On Wednesday, Austria's OMV had offered an 88,000 metric ton cargo with Sept. 3-7 dates at dated Brent minus $1.80 CIF Augusta, but no buyers stepped forward.

NEWS

* Maintenance on the Zaggut-Sidra pipeline linking Libya's Waha oilfield to the port of Es-Sider has been completed and flows have resumed, Waha Oil Company said on Friday.

* Oil production from the field was expected to return to normal levels on Friday, the company said in a statement.

* Economic sanctions imposed by the West on Russia will remain in place for decades, even if there is a peaceful settlement in Ukraine, a senior Russian foreign ministry official said on Friday.
