Aug 1 (Reuters) -ICE canola futures fell on Thursday after rebounding the previous day following the path of allied soybean oil, traders said.

  • Soybean oil dragged down canola prices and while heat in the Canadian Prairies continued, according to Commodity Weather Group, traders said the large crop carryover kept the weather from becoming a major factor.

  • November canola futures RSX4 ended $6.00 lower at $603.90 per metric ton.

  • Chicago Board of Trade August soyoil BOQ24 fell 0.43 U.S. cent to settle at 42.87 U.S. cents per pound.

  • Euronext November rapeseed futures COMX4 rose 1.17%, while Malaysian palm oil FCPOc3 slipped 0.1%. POI/
