Aug 30 (Reuters) -Nordic forward power prices were mixed on Friday as an uptick in water levels in the hydropower-reliant region countered support from dry weather forecasts for the coming weeks.

* Nordic front-quarter power contract ENOFBLQc1 rose 0.05 euros to 41.8 euros per megawatt hour (MWh) at 1141 GMT. However, the contract lost more than 3% this month.

* Nordic front-year ENOFBLYc1 fell 0.05 euros to 42.3 euros and gained more than 1% so far this month.

* "Ahead of the weekend, we see the forecasts project that the Nordic area will face quite dry conditions through most of next week," Energi Danmark said in a note.

* "Temperatures will meanwhile rise whereas wind output is expected rather modest in the high pressure weather."

* Nordic water reserves available 15 days ahead PCAEC00 were seen at 2.12 terawatt hours (TWh) above normal, compared with 2.08 TWh above normal on Thursday.

* Dutch and British wholesale gas prices rose on Friday as a ramp up in maintenance in Norway is curbing supplies to Europe and Britain, with some outages extending and risks remaining over Russian flows via Ukraine. NG/EU

* "Later in the next week, generally drier and warmer weather will set in with well above normal temperatures and mostly dry conditions," Georg Muller, a meteorologist at LSEG, said in a note.

* Germany's Cal'25 TRDEBYc1, Europe's benchmark contract, rose 1 euro to 97.55 euros/MWh.

* Carbon front-year allowances CFI2Zc1 added 0.02 euro to 71.10 euros a tonne.

* The Nordic power price for next-day physical delivery FXSYSAL=NPX, or system price, fell 2.17 euros to 10.52 euros per megawatt hour (MWh).
