SAID ON FRIDAY IT WILL PARTICIPATE IN CAPITAL INCREASE OF JOINT VENTURE UNITED AYGAZ LPG'S WITH 826.0 MILLION BANGLADESH TAKA (BDT)(APPROXIMATELY $7.0 MLN)
TOTAL CAPITAL INCREASE IS 1.65 BILLION BDT (APPROXIMATELY $14 MILLION) FROM 5.84 BILLION BDT TO 7.50 BILLION BDT
AYGAZ OWNS 50% OF UNITED AYGAZ LPG
IT WILL COMMIT BY CASH, FREE OF COLLUSION, AND PAID BY AUGUST 22, 2024
