Wind supply and temperatures expected to rise on Monday
PARIS, Nov 29 (Reuters) -European prompt power prices for Monday were untraded on Friday on expectations of rising wind power supply throughout the region and lower demand as temperatures were expected to rise.

German wind power output was expected to rise by 17 gigawatts (GW) on Monday to 25.8 GW while French wind output was expected to gain 1.3 GW to 7.3 GW, LSEG data showed.
German residual load is expected to increase on Monday compared to last week, and the same holds true throughout the region, LSEG analyst Riccardo Parviero said.

Power consumption in Germany is expected to fall by 650 megawatts (MW) to 60.8 GW on Monday as average temperatures in the country were seen to rise by 3.9 degrees Celsius to 6.8C, LSEG data showed.
In France, demand is projected to drop by 3.8 GW to 54.8 GW as average temperatures were seen to rise by 3.2C to 10.1C, LSEG data showed.
German year-ahead power TRDEBYZ5 fell 0.2% at 96.25 euros ($101.65) per megawatt-hour (MWh) while the French 2025 baseload contract TRFRBYZ5 shed 1.3% to 75.25 euros/MWh.
European CO2 allowances for December 2024 CFI2Zc1 edged 0.1% lower to 67.58 euros a metric ton.
