On the U.S economic front, S&P Global’s flash PMIs for November are scheduled for release. The flash manufacturing PMI is projected to come in at 48.8, up from 48.5 in October, whilethe flash services PMI is expected to tick up to 55.2, from 55 in the previous month. Additionally, the University of Michigan’s Consumer Sentiment Index final for November likely rose to 73.7 from 70.5 in October.


Federal Reserve Board Governor Michelle Bowman is scheduled to speak on artificial intelligence in New York at the 27th Annual Symposium on Building the Financial System of the 21st Century. (1815/2315)


Canada's September retail sales figures are set to be released, with expectations of a 0.4% rise in overall retail sales. Excluding sales of motor vehicles and automotive parts dealers, sales are projected to have increased by 0.5% in September, following a 0.7% decline in August.


On the Latin American front, Mexico’s national statistics agency is set to release several key economic indicators. In the third quarter, Mexico’s economy likely grew 1.0% quarter-on-quarter and 1.5% year-on-year, based on final GDP figures. The IGAE economic activity index likely expanded by 0.5% year-on-year in September, compared to 0.4% in August, and posted a 0.1% month-on-month gain, rebounding from a 0.3% decline in August. Inflation data for the first half of November is also due. Headline inflation is expected to have risen 0.49% month-on-month and 4.69% year-on-year, while core inflation likely increased 0.17% month-on-month and 3.72% year-on-year, slightly lower than the previous figure of 3.87% year-on-year. Separately, Argentina's economy is expected to have shrunk by 2.7% in September, after a 3.8% contraction recorded in August.
