- The astronauts who flew to orbit on Boeing's BA.N Starliner spacecraft could remain at the International Space Station until 2025, while Boeing has vouched for the craft, NASA officials are working on backup plans that depend on SpaceX.
- Regulators are investigating some of the biggest U.S. banks including JPMorgan JPM.N, Bank of America BAC.N and Wells Fargo WFC.N for their handling of customer funds on the peer-to-peer payments platform Zelle, which has been facing scrutiny over scams and fraudulent transactions.
- Real estate company Zillow Group ZG.O named Operating Chief Jeremy Wacksman as its chief executive, succeeding company co-founder Rich Barton who will remain on the board as co-executive chair.
- Equity Residential EQR.N said it has agreed to purchase 11 apartment complexes with more than 3,500 units for $964 million from Blackstone BX.N.
- The world's second-biggest liner AP Moller-Maersk MAERSKb.CO will add up to 60 new vessels to its fleet, many of which will run on liquefied natural gas, a carbon-based propulsion fuel.
