LONDON, July 11 (Reuters) -West African crude differentials were stable on Thursday, as Angolan cargoes struggled to clear ahead of the release of the September programme next week.

* Angola's Sonangol was still showing a Gimboa cargo on Thursday at dated Brent minus 50 cents, unchanged from where it was heard offering on Tuesday.

* The number of Angolan cargoes unsold on the August loading schedule is in the mid-teens, a trading source said, out of a total of 41 on the preliminary plan.

* Traders are awaiting the release of the September Angolan loading programme, expected to emerge around July 16.

* Sonangol had sold a Dalia cargo to a European buyer earlier this week, having offered it at dated Brent plus 15 cents, Reuters reported on Tuesday.

* Around 30-40 Nigerian August cargoes remain, the source added.

* Nigeria's giant new 650,000 bpd Dangote refinery was thought to have purchased three WTI Midland crude cargoes in its buy tender for August and early September supply.

* Dangote picked up 1 million barrels from Glencore, and 2 million barrels each from Gunvor and Vitol in the tender, trading sources said. The result was not directly confirmed with the counterparties.

* Dangote also tendered for another WTI Midland cargo in September, seeking offers for deliveries on Sep. 1-10, 11-20, or 21-30. That tender closed on Wednesday, but results were slow to surface.
