** In the broader natgas market, front-month futures NGc1 rose 1.6% on daily output falling due to pipeline issues and the evacuation of some oil and gas platforms in the Gulf of Mexico ahead of Hurricane Rafael NGA/
** Expand Energy EXE.O, biggest U.S. natgas co, up 5%; EQT up ~8.7%
