UK Stocks-Factors to watch on Oct 14
Oct 14 (Reuters) -Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening lower on Monday, with futures FFIc1 down 0.10%.
* TI FLUID SYSTEMS: TI Fluid Systems TIFS.L said on Saturday it had received an increased offer of 200 pence per share from Canada's ABC Technologies to acquire the British automotive components supplier.
* BRITISH AIRWAYS: British Airways said on Friday it has made additional changes to its schedule due to delays in the delivery of engines and parts from Rolls-Royce RR.L, particularly the Trent 1000 engines fitted to its 787 aircraft.
* FRASERS/MULBERRY: British sportswear and apparel retailer Frasers Group FRAS.L revised its takeover bid for Mulberry MUL.L to 150 pence per share on Friday, valuing the company at 111 million pounds.
* GOLD: Gold prices eased on Monday, weighed down by a firmer U.S. dollar, while investors looked out for fresh clues on Federal Reserve interest rate cuts.
* OIL: Oil prices fell by more than $1 a barrel, losing over 1.5% in early trading on Monday, after disappointing Chinese inflation data and a lack of clarity on Beijing's economic stimulus plans stoked fears about demand.
* METALS: Nonferrous metals fell in London on Monday following insufficient stimulus details from Beijing, with downbeat Chinese economic data adding to the decline.
* London stocks rounded off last week on a dour note as investors were disappointed after China failed to announce specific measures to stimulate its economy, while losses in Sainsbury's pulled the benchmark index lower.
