UK Stocks-Factors to watch on Nov 21

Nov 21 (Reuters) -Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening higher on Thursday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.25%.
* JD SPORTS: British sportswear retailer JD Sports Fashion JD.L warned annual profit would come in at the lower end of its guided range after a tough October of discounting, unseasonable weather and consumer caution.
* IDS: International Distribution Services IDSI.L reported a first-half adjusted operating profit, as sustained parcel demand helped the British firm narrow losses at its Royal Mail business despite a weaker-than-expected market.
* CLOSE BROS: Close Brothers Group CBRO.L flagged a hit to its 2025 forecast and said it expects to fully resume its motor finance lending business soon, as the British lender assessed the impact of a recent ruling on car loan commissions.
* BOOHOO: British online fashion retailer Boohoo BOOH.L said it had appointed Tim Morris as its independent chair with immediate effect, replacing Mahmud Kamani.
* BP: Indonesia's upstream oil and gas regulator SKK Migas confirmed that there was a disruption on BP Plc's BP.L Tangguh LNG operations.
* FCA: The Financial Conduct Authority is seeking feedback on proposals to give lenders more time to handle complaints on non-discretionary motor finance commissions, after a recent legal ruling widened the number of customers they may need to compensate.
* OFWAT: Nine water companies, including crisis-hit Thames Water, will not use money from customers' bills to fund bonuses after new rules come into force, regulator Ofwat said.
* OIL: Oil prices edged higher.
* GOLD: Gold prices rose for the fourth straight session.
* EX-DIVS: National Grid NG.L, Vodafone VOD.L, Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust SMT.L, DCC DCC.L, and B&M European Value Retail BMEB.L will trade without entitlement to their latest dividend payout on Thursday.
