Nov 15 (Reuters) -Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening lower on Friday, with futures FFIc1 down 0.4%.


* Land Securities: Land SecuritiesLAND.L forecast annual earningsabove market view, after the British commercial property firm swung to a half-year profit, boosted by increased tenant occupancy and rental growth in its retail and London assets.

* OFGEM: British energy regulator Ofgem said a 2 billion pounds ($2.53 billion) funding package has been greenlit to build nearly 200 kilometres of new subsea and underground cables to boost energy security and cut bills.

* SHELL: Leading energy companies TotalEnergiesTTEF.PA, BPBP.L, ShellSHEL.L and EquinorEQNR.OL announced a $500-millionjoint investment commitment, aimed at increasing people's access to sustainable modern energy sources.

* TT ELECTRONICS: Volex PlcVLX.L said TT ElectronicsTTG.L declined to engage with andrejected two takeover offers it submitted to the British electronic components maker.

* UK ECONOMY: Britain's economy contracted unexpectedly in September and growth slowed to a crawl over the third quarter, data showed on Friday, an early set back for finance minister Rachel Reeves' ambitions to kick-start a sustained pickup.

* BARCLAYS: Barclays BARC.L has been ordered to pay a former banker with endometriosis and anxiety almost 50,000 pounds ($63,500) for failing to adjust her working hours and for sex discrimination, a London tribunal has ruled.

* OIL: Oil prices edged down early as oversupply concerns and demand worries stemming from a stronger dollar outweighed a steep draw in U.S. fuel stocks.

* GOLD: Gold traded little changed but was set for its worst week in more than three years.

* METALS: London copper prices nudged up on Friday.
