June 25 (Reuters) -Sri Lankan shares ended higher on Tuesday, helped by gains in consumer staples and financials stocks.

* The CSE All-Share index .CSE settled 0.02% higher at 12,273.41.

* Sri Lanka will sign a debt restructuring agreement with a group of creditor nations on Wednesday, the government said in a major step to help stabilise the country's finances following its economic crisis.

* Ceylon Tobacco Company PLC CTC.CM and Senkadagala Finance PLC SFCL.CM were the top gainers on the CSE All-Share, rising 3% and 12.2%, respectively.

* Trading volume on the CSE All-Share index rose to 67 million shares from 45.2 million in the previous session.

* The equity market's turnover rose to 3.93 billion Sri Lankan rupees ($12.9 million) from 1.36 billion rupees in the previous session, according to exchange data.

* Foreign investors were net buyers, purchasing stocks worth 155.6 million rupees, while domestic investors were net sellers, offloading shares worth 3.86 billion rupees, the data showed.
