Russian strikes have damaged 321 Ukrainian port infrastructure facilities, Zelenskiy says
KYIV, Nov 23 (Reuters) -Russian drone and missile attacks damaged 321 Ukrainian port infrastructure facilities from July 2023 up to now, President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Saturday.
He said that 20 civilian ships of other countries were also damaged by Russian strikes.
