ON THAT DAY, SHE WILL FORMALLY HAND OVER HER RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES TO PIM BERENDSEN, THE CURRENT CFO
AIMS TO ANNOUNCE A NOMINATION SHORTLY, TO ALLOW PIM THE OPPORTUNITY TO ONBOARD THE NEW CFO BEFORE APRIL OF NEXT YEAR
