THE COMPANY SAID ON SATURDAY, IT ITS SPVS MFW BALTYK II, MFW BALTYK III HAD SIGNED POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENTS (PPAs) WITH DANSKE COMMODITIES
THE SUBJECT OF THE DEAL WAS THE SALE OF ENTIRETY OF ELECTRIC POWER VOLUME PRODUCED IN PROJECTS, CONSISTING OF TWO OFF-SHORE WIND FARMS THAT ARE CURRENTLY DEVELOPED BY SPVS
UNDER THE PPAs THE SALE WILL COMMENCE AFTER THE ACQUISITION OF CONCESSION FOR THE FIRST PHASE OF EACH PROJECT
ADDITIONALLY PPAs COVER COMMERCIAL BALANCING SERVICE WITH DANSKE COMMODITIES DESIGNED AS SUPPLIER OF THESE SERVICES
THE ENFORCEMENT OF PPA IS SUBJECT TO CONDITION PRECEDENT IN FORM OF DECISION BY THE COMPANY AND EQUINOR WIND POWER TO GO THROUGH WITH INVESTMENT WITHIN 18 MONTHS OF THE DEAL CONCLUSION THAT IS PLANNED FOR Q1, 2025
