DEBT
Polish finance ministry will inform at 1400 whether a bond auction or a switch tender will be held on Wednesday.
Poland has financed all of its borrowing needs under its amended 2024 budget after last Thursday's tender, the finance ministry told state news agency PAP on Monday.
FARMERS
Polish farmers protesting near the Polish-Ukrainian border crossing in Medyka have decided to suspend their protest until December 10, when the Polish agriculture minister is expected to respond to their demands, PAP news agency reported.
Farmers blocked the border crossing on Saturday in protest over the trade deal between the European Union and Mercosur, which they say will reduce their competitiveness.
FOREIGN INVESTMENT
Taiwanese Foxconn, which produces iPhones for Apple, is looking for investment opportunities in Poland and is interested in four areas: electric cars, batteries, next-generation telecommunications technologies and data centres, Rzeczpospolita daily reported.
