** Co sees Q1 gross margin of 39.5% vs analysts estimate of 37.7%
** Co reports Q4 revenue of $7.75 bln, above analysts' expectations of $7.64 bln - LSEG data
** Other chipmakers also advance premarket; Nvidia NVDA.O, Qualcomm QCOM.O, Marvell Technology MRVL.O, and U.S.-listed shares of Arm Holdings ARM.O up between 2% to 3%
