NOMINAL AMOUNT OF CAPITAL INCREASE: 94.0 MLN EUROS
EFFECTIVE AMOUNT OF CAPITAL INCREASE: 920.8 MLN EUROS
ISSUE PRICE: 9.80 EUROS PER SHARE, OF WHICH 1.00 EUROS CORRESPOND TO NOMINAL AMOUNT AND 8.80 EUROS TO SHARE PREMIUM
THIS ISSUE PRICE REPRESENTS A DISCOUNT OF 4.67% COMPARED TO TUESDAY'S TRADING CLOSING PRICE OF MERLIN'S SHARES, THAT IS, 10.28 EUROS
PERCENTAGE OF MERLIN'S SHARE CAPITAL REPRESENTED BY SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE: ABOUT 20.00% PRIOR TO SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE AND ABOUT 16.67% FOLLOWING SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE
