MOSCOW, July 30 (Reuters) -Urals crude differentials to dated Brent were stable on Tuesday, while Caspian CPC Blend was offered lower during the afternoon trading session, traders said.

Russian shipping company Sovcomflot has started this year's transportation of Urals crude oil to Asia via the Northern Sea Route, according to market sources and LSEG data on Tuesday, as melting ice opens the Arctic Route for transit shipments.

CPC Blend oil cargoes loading in August were offered at a lower price level as unsold cargoes with prompt loading dates put pressure on the grade's market, traders said.

PLATTS WINDOW

  • Petroineos offered 90,000 tonnes of CPC Blend over Aug. 19-23 at dated Brent minus $1.60 per barrel, 40 cents per barrel weaker than on Monday, but found no buyer.

  • There were no bids or offers made for Urals or Azeri BTC crude in the Platts window on Tuesday.

NEWS

  • Ukraine guarantees oil transit for companies that are not subject to sanctions and is ready to resolve transit issues with Slovakia in line with a European Union association agreement, a deputy energy minister said on Tuesday.
