UNIT MASDAR REACHES AGREEMENT WITH ENDESA, FOR MASDAR TO ACQUIRE A 49.9% STAKE OF ALL OF ENDESA’S OPERATIONAL PHOTOVOLTAIC (PV) ASSETS IN SPAIN
PORTFOLIO COMPRISES 48 PV FACILITIES WITH AN OVERALL INSTALLED CAPACITY OF AROUND 2 GW WITH A POTENTIAL BESS HYBRIDIZATION FOR UP TO 0.5 GW
MASDAR WILL INVEST €817M (AED 3.2 BILLION) FOR THIS STAKE
