POLITICS
Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and her right-wing coalition pulled off another regional election win on Monday, near final results from Liguria in the northwest showed on Monday, in a mid-term boost for the government.
ECONOMY
ISTAT releases Q3 wage inflation data (0900 GMT) and September non-EU foreign trade data (1000 GMT).
DEBT
Treasury sells 1,75 billion euros 12-month BOT bills due April 14, 2025 and 1,5 6-month BOT bills due March 31, 2025. Subscriptions close at 1000 GMT.

Egypt's president met with the Italian energy group's CEO on Monday to discuss moves aimed at supporting gas production, Eni said after the African country was forced to turn to the liquefied natural gas (LNG) market to cover domestic demand.
AUTOMOTIVE, STELLANTIS STLAM.MI
Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni plans to cut by some 4.6 billion euros ($5 billion) the funds set aside to support Italy's automotive industry between 2025 and 2030, the text of next year's budget showed, triggering widespread criticism.

The Iveco Defence Vehicles (IDV) unit could enter as a subcontractor the joint venture between Leonardo and Germany's Rheinmetall RHMG.DE, according to Il Sole 24 Ore newspaper. The paper said on Tuesday it could take a 15-17% share of the commissions from the jv, taken from the 50% attributed to Leonardo.
The paper also said talks in recent months between Leonardo and the Agnelli family holding EXOR EXOR.AS, which controls IDV, over a possible acquisition of the unit have exposed large price differences, with Leonardo valuing IDV about 750 million euros and EXOR saying it is worth at least 1 billion euros.

A potential alliance combining the satellite activities of Airbus AIR.PA, Thales TCFP.PA and Leonardo could be anticompetitive and threaten to create a monopoly in Europe, the head German rival OHB OHBG.DE Marco Fuchs told the Financial Times.

The CEO of the Italian luxury clothing maker Remo Ruffini sees great potential in the Chinese market in the medium-long term, and urges not to focus on single quarters. In an interview with MF daily published on Tuesday, the manager said he has no doubts about a rebound of the Chinese market "also because of the investments they are making themselves. There are great possibilities".

The Italian shipbuilder remains interested in a cooperation with Germany's Thyssenkrupp Marine Systems (TKMS), which Thyssenkrupp TKAG.DE is looking to divest, but the deal depends on German decisions, Fincantieri CEO Pierroberto Folgiero reiterated on Monday.

The Italian technology consultant announced on Monday its anti-corruption certification had been confirmed following an external audit commissioned after the resignation of its chairman over a corruption investigation. In its statement, the company reaffirmed its commitment to maximum transparency in its operations.
