October PMI manufacturing HCOB data (0845 GMT).
Transport Ministry releases October car sales data (1700 GMT).

COMPANIES
TELECOM ITALIA (TIM) TLIT.MI
Italy's biggest telecoms firm is considering an extraordinary one-off bonus of up to 20 million euros for a pool of 350 executives, the company said in a statement on Saturday, responding to media reports. The company said no decision had been taken yet and that any potential one-off payment would not affect current financial targets.

The energy group said on Monday it pocketed $1 billion from a planned sale of the Nikaitchuq and Oooguruk upstream offshore assets in Alaska to U.S. private company Hilcorp.
It added that "considering completed deals and actions in progress" it now expects to substantially achieve by 2025 the target of raising 8 billion euros, initially set for the 2024-2027 plan.
MONCLER MONC.MI
Fashion news site Miss Tweed reported "growing industry chatter" that Moncler could be considering making a bid for London-listed Burberry to create an outdoor specialist giant. Asked about the report, Moncler said it did not comment on "unsubstantiated rumours".

After having sold a 40% share of K-way to fund Permira, the group intends to keep a stake in the waterproof jacket maker, whose size it expected to at least double in the next 5-6 years, the two vice-presidents of Basicnet, brothers Alessandro and Lorenzo Boglione, told Corriere della Sera's weekly publication L'Economia in an interview published on Monday. They added that they plan to list K-way separately and to make the brand grow in Europe as well as in China and in the United States.
Given the latest sale, Basicnet could look "at preys of greater size", though staying focused on brands that have potential and need to be relaunched.

Morgan Stanley on Monday cut its rating to 'underweight' from 'equal weight' and its target price to 20 euros from 35 euros.

Morgan Stanley on Monday raised its rating to 'equal-weight' from 'underweight' and its target price to 5.60 euros form 5.10 euros.

An own goal by Maduka Okoye and Nicolo Savona's strike earned Juventus a 2-0 win at Udinese in Serie A on Saturday, as the visitors snapped a three-game winless run in all competitions.
UNIEURO UNIR.MI
Fnac Darty FNAC.PA and RUBY Equity Investment Sarl re-open voluntary public tender and exchange offer on Unieuro ordinary shares; end on Nov. 8.

Rome, 7th edition 'OECD World Forum on Well-being' on "Strengthening well-being approaches for a changing world" starts (0800 GMT); ends on Nov. 6.
