POLITICS
Italy would have to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he came to the country, Defence Minister Guido Crosetto said on Thursday following the warrant issued International Criminal Court (ICC).
Italy's right-wing coalition has passed rules to change the courts responsible for validating the detention of migrants, in what the opposition said was a vendetta against judges who recently blocked a plan to send asylum seekers to Albania.
Italy is planning a crackdown on cybercrime, according to a draft decree seen by Reuters on Thursday, after recent cases of alleged hacking into major state and financial databases prompted a swift response from the government.
ECONOMY
Moody's rating agency scheduled review of sovereign debt rating on Italy.
DEBT
Treasury announces sale of 6-month BOT bills, with relative amounts to be auctioned on Nov. 27.
Italy's Treasury announced on Thursday it would sell up to 3.75 bln euros in short-term Btp and Inflation-linked Btp bonds at November 26 auction.
(*) Investors will have to buy a record amount of euro zone government bonds for a third straight year in 2025 and without the ECB in the market, potentially adding pressure on borrowing costs when political and economic uncertainty is high.

British company Ithaca Energy will pay an extraordinary dividend of $500 million to shareholders, of which more than $193 million will go to the Italian energy group, given its 38.7% stake in the oil & gas company, MF reported on Friday.

The head of the Ram pickup brand said the automaker is open to revising a planned push into lower-cost countries, including Mexico, should U.S. President-elect Donald Trump impose new tariffs on the sector, Bloomberg reported on Thursday.
TELECOM ITALIA (TIM) TLIT.MI
The former Italian phone monopoly said on Thursday it will develop a new data centre near Rome as it is looking to expand its cloud business to meet growing demand, driven partly from artificial intelligence. TIM plans to invest 130 million euros to upgrade its existing cloud infrastructure and build the new facility, which will grow the company's current sixteen-strong datacenter network across Italy.

The shipbuilder is on the shortlist for Norway's program to buy at least five frigates - with an option to acquire more - along with France's Naval Group, British Bae Systems BAES.L, and Germany's Damen Naval, Il Sole 24 Ore reported on Friday. A final choice will be made in 2025 and Fincantieri is in the race through its Norwegian subsidiary Vard, the report added.
TECHNOGYM TGYM.MI
Chairman Nerio Alessandri said on Friday there was a good order trend for the final part of the year, which he expected to close in line with the targets. Alessandri also said he did not expect any impact from any protectionist measures by the new U.S. administration, because the sector should not be affected.

The debt collector said on Thursday it had fixed the price for its 150 million euro rights issue at 0.88 euros per share and that purchasers would be entitle to subscribe 35 new shares for every 4 rights. It added that the capital increase subscription would run from Nov. 25 to Dec. 12.

Berenberg on Friday cut its rating on the group to 'Hold' from 'Buy', and raised its target price to 160 euros from 144 euros.
