ASSICURAZIONI GENERALI GASI.MI

(*) The country's top insurance group on Friday beat estimates with nine-month profits, despite a 930 million euro ($980.22 million) hit from natural disasters.

STELLANTIS STLAM.MI

The carmaker does not plan to close plants or make mass redundancies in Italy, a company executive said on Thursday during talks organised by the Italian government to address concerns about the country's automotive industry.

In a letter to staff cited by daily la Repubblica, the CEO of Banco BPM Giuseppe Castagna says the bank wants to grow further after its buyout offer on Anima Holding and its purchase of a 5% stake in MPS, while confirming its stand-alone strategy.

The government may put off the planned sale of a new stake in the postal service operator until 2026 after raising 1.1 billion euros from this week's stake sale in MPS, Corriere della Sera reported on Friday.

The bank said on Friday it completed its share buyback programme, purchasing around 43.31 million shares, equal to

2.65% of the share capital, for 1.7 billion euros. UniCredit said that as of Nov. 14 it holds 5.23% of the share capital.


FINCANTIERI FCT.MI

The shipbuilder on Thursday raised its full-year revenue forecast to "above" 8 billion euros ($8.43 billion), from the "about" 8 billion previously indicated, boosted by all business segments.


PRYSMIAN PRY.MI

The world's largest cable maker said on Thursday its board had authorised the establishment of a Euro Medium Term Note issuance programme (EMTN Programme) amounting to 3 billion euros to refinance existing debt.


WEBUILD WBD.MI

The construction company on Thursday confirmed its 2024 guidance and said year-to-date orders at the end of the third quarter stood at 8.3 billion euros.


GEOX GEO.MI

The shoemaker on Thursday reported a 9.7% drop in nine-month revenue to 525.5 million euros ($555.51 million) and said it was ceasing direct operations in China and the United States.

ERG ERG.MI

The Italian energy company lowered its full-year core profit guidance on Thursday, citing the impact of exceptionally low wind levels in the third quarter.

Majority stakeholder Monti Riffeser said on Thursday it is extending its full voluntary takeover offer on Monrif ordinary shares until Nov. 29.
