Italy's Treasury is considering new "innovative" bond auctions - with more green bond issues - to move forward the average maturity of state bonds and reduce the impact of debt servicing costs ahead of the government's annual budget, La Stampa daily reported on Monday, citing financial sources close to the matter.

The Chilean government said on Friday that it is going forward with the process to end a power supply concession to Italian electricity distributor's local unit in the country, after after thousands of customers in the Santiago area were left without power after a storm.


LEONARDO LDOF.MI

S&P Global on Friday raised its outlook on the defence and aerospace group to "Positive" from "Stable" and affirmed the 'BBB-/A-3' issuer credit ratings. The positive outlook reflects the expectation that the state-controlled group's operating performance "should remain resilient over the next 12-24 months, with solid cash flow being used to reduce leverage and improve credit metrics", S&P Global said in a note.


SARAS SRS.MI

Varas will hold an overall share of 87.689% in the Italian oil refiner as a result of the mandatory tender offer on Saras shares which ended on Aug. 16, the financial vehicle of global commodity trader Vitol said on Friday. The offer shall be reopened for five trading days following the payment date, from Aug. 26, the statement added.

SS LAZIO LAZI.MI

The Serie A club announced late on Friday it signed Senegal international Boulaye Dia from relegated Salernitana on an initial two-year long loan with an option to buy. While the financial details were not disclosed by either club, Italian media reported the deal to be valued at 12 million euros ($13.23 million) for the 27-year-old striker.

(*) Lazio got off to a flying start on Sunday, winning 3-1 at home against newly promoted Venezia, despite an early scare with the visitors scoring after three minutes.
