STOCKS:
The benchmark BSE Sensex .BSESN fell 1% to 79,538, while the broader NSE index .NSEI declined 1% to 24,227, dragged by likely sales by foreign investors and losses in heavyweights ICICI Bank and Reliance Industries. .BO
RUPEE:
The Indian rupee INR=IN dipped to its all-time low of 84.3050 versus the U.S. dollar on account of likely outflows from local stocks and expectations of ongoing dollar strength after a victory for Donald Trump in the U.S. presidential race. INR/
GOVERNMENT BONDS:
The benchmark 10-year bond IN071034G=CC was quoted at 99.985 rupees, with the yield nearly flat at 6.7910% as traders awaited cues from the Federal Reserve's policy decision. IN/
OVERNIGHT INDEX SWAPS:
The one-year overnight index swap rate INR1YMIBROIS=CC was flat at 6.53%, while the five-year swap rate INR5YMIBROIS=CC dipped 2 bps to 6.29%.
CALL MONEY:
India's overnight call money INROND= rate was at 6.49%, up 15 basis points and the overnight TREPS rate INTREPTOT=TCCL was at 6.20%.
