** DLocal DLO.O, a Latin American payments provider with a market value of about $3.4 billion, is exploring options including a potential sale, people familiar with the matter told Reuters. nL4N3NI1AK
** Shares in Grenergy GREG.MC jumped as much as 28% on Wednesday morning after the Spanish renewable energy company struck a deal to sell an asset portfolio in Chile to ContourGlobal, a KKR company KKR.N, for an enterprise value of $962 million. nL1N3NJ09S
** Novo Holdings, the controlling shareholder of Novo Nordisk NOVOb.CO, on Wednesday sealed its $16.5 billion deal for Catalent CTLT.N, as the Danish drugmaker looks to boost supplies of its widely popular weight-loss drug Wegovy. L4N3NJ10I
** Italy's Banco BPM BAMI.MI said it has asked market watchdog Consob to adopt measures to protect the bank's stakeholders and its bid for Anima ANIM.MI, after rival UniCredit CRDI.MI launched its own bid for BPM. nL8N3NI1GR
** Dutch dairy collective FrieslandCampina has agreed to merge with smaller Belgian rival Milcobel, it said, creating a company with combined revenues of more than 14 billion euros ($14.66 billion). nL1N3NJ0NO
** Canadian waste management company GFL Environmental GFL.TO is in exclusive talks with Apollo Global Management APO.N to sell its environmental services division for about C$8 billion ($5.59 billion), the Globe and Mail reported on Wednesday, citing sources familiar with the negotiations. nL4N3NJ169
** Martin Midstream Partners MMLP.O said proxy advisory firm Glass Lewis has recommended the energy infrastructure firm's unitholders vote for the company's proposed buyout deal with Martin Resource Management Corp. nL4N3NJ1BE
