June 25 (Reuters) -The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Tuesday:


** French billionaire Bernard Arnault, Europe's richest man and the chairman of high fashion to champagne group LVMH LVMH.PA, has bought a stake in smaller luxury rival Richemont CFR.S, Bloomberg reported. nL1N3IN0FQ


** Boeing BA.N has offered to acquire Spirit AeroSystems SPR.N in a deal funded mostly by stock that values its 737 fuselage supplier at about $35 per share, Bloomberg News reported on Monday, citing people familiar with the matter. nL4N3IN02U

** Unipol UNPI.MI is not planning to buy any stakes in Monte dei Paschi (MPS), Chairman Carlo Cimbri said in Milan, on the sidelines of an event hosted by Italy's market watchdog Consob. nS8N3GB0IO


** South Africa's Exxaro Resources EXXJ.J is weighing its options for its Australian coal joint venture project with Anglo American Plc AAL.L following the mining giant's planned exit from the business. nL8N3IN0PG


** Australia's Macquarie Group MQG.AX said its European infrastructure fund will sell its 40% stake in Italian energy firm Hydro Dolomiti Energia (HDE) to a consortium in a deal valuing HDE at about 1 billion euros ($1.07 billion). nL4N3IN0G4


** Brazilian auto parts producer Frasle Mobility FRAS3.SA said on Monday it has agreed to buy Mexican auto spare parts distributor Dacomsa from Mexico's Grupo Kuo S.A.B de C.V. KUOB.MX for 2.1 billion reais ($389.5 million). nL1N3IM173


** Brazilian mall operator Multiplan MULT3.SA has learned that Canada's Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (OTPP) intends to sell its stake in the company, the Brazilian firm said in a securities filing on Monday. nL1N3IM194


** Bitcoin miner Riot Platforms RIOT.O is seeking three board seats at rival Bitfarms BITF.TO, a long-sought acquisition target that has rebuffed its $950 million buyout offer and adopted a poison pill to fend off any attempt at a hostile takeover. nL4N3IM0Y4
