Colonial rises after H1 turns to profit
** Colonial COL.MC shares rise as much as 3% after the Spanish real estate group said it turned to profit in the first half of 2024 as the value of its assets started rising again
** From January to June, the company reported an attributable net profit of 86 million euros ($92.92 million) from a loss of 347 million euros one year ago
** The value of Colonial's assets increased 1% like-for-like to 11.27 billion euros
** "Evidence continues to build that values are at a turning point", J.P. Morgan analysts say, pointing to a "solid set of numbers"
