- Barclays BARC.L is facing scrutiny over the 2.9 million pounds ($3.75 million) fixed pay it gives to its boss after becoming the first British bank to overhaul bonuses following the UK’s decision to abandon a cap on payouts.

- Shareholders in Ashtead AHT.L have been urged to vote against plans for "excessive" new American-style executive pay at next month's annual meeting, amid a review by the FTSE 100 company on switching its listing to New York.

- British cargo airline One Air has said Brexit red tape has forced it to go as far as the US for routine servicing and repairs, at huge environmental and financial costs.
