SAO PAULO, Oct 10 (Reuters) -Brazilian energy company Eneva ENEV3.SA raised 3.2 billion reais ($573 million) with a primary share offering priced at 14 reais per share, news outlet Exame reported on Thursday, citing sources familiar with the matter.

The funds will go toward power generation projects, natural gas exploration and potential M&A activity, Eneva had said when it launched the offer.

Exame said an extra allotment was not sold in the deal.

Eneva did not immediately respond to a request for comment outside normal business hours.

A shareholder had previously committed to buy , if needed, all the shares except for the extra allotment, at 14 reais each. Eneva's shares closed on Thursday at 13.95 reais each.
