Atos down after restructuring impairments weigh on H1
** Atos ATOS.PA shares fall 6% to EUR 0.92 after an impairment linked to the French IT firm's restructuring led to a major operating loss in H1
** H1 operating loss widensto 1.7 bln euros ($1.83 billion), from a loss of 434 mln a year earlier
** The loss is mostly due to an impairment of 1.57 bln linked to its restructuring
** An analyst says shares are down due to the impairment, and a negative FCF
** Atos posts a cash outflow of 1.91 bln euros, from an outflow of 969 mln euros reported a year earlier
** YTD, Atos shares are down about 87%
