Anti-TIGIT drugmakers down as Roche's lung cancer drug fails trial

** Switzerland-based Roche's ROG.S drug tiragolumab, which is part of a new class of drugs known as anti-TIGIT, failed a lung cancer treatment trial on Thursday
** CGEN has colorectal, ovarian and lung cancer treatmentsin development that work by acting on the TIGIT receptor, which suppresses the proliferation and activation of cells of the immune system
** Other anti-TIGIT drugmakers Iteos TherapeuticsITOS.O down 8.6% and Arcus BiosciencesRCUS.N down 3.5%
** Up to last close, CGEN down15.6%, RCUS down 24.8% and ITOS up 35% YTD
