NEW HYBRID BONDS ARE SCHEDULED TO BE ADMITTED TO TRADING ON EURONEXT PARIS
TENDER OFFER WILL COMMENCE ON AUG 28 AND EXPIRE AT 5:00 P.M., PARIS TIME, ON SEPT 4; SETTLEMENT EXPECTED TO TAKE PLACE ON SEPT 9
