In March, we donated to Sulabha Trust for Special Education & Research in India, an inspiring organisation that supports children with special needs and their families. The organisation was founded in 1979 and since then has grown to provide support to over 180 students per year. It continues to work tirelessly to make education and support accessible to children with special needs. On April 8th, 2023, XM donated to We Listen Malaysia’s initiative ‘Pasca Banjir Johor’, which provides relief to the victims in Seri Medan, Batu Pahat, Johor, who have been affected by the recent floods. So far, our donation has helped 65 flood victims by providing them with basic necessities, including rice, eggs, cooking oil, flour, diapers, tea, and coffee. On March 11, we teamed-up with Human Initiative in Indonesia to organise the ‘Shopping with Orphans’ program at Transmart Cempaka Putih in Central Jakarta. Our mutual goal was to ease the financial burdens for parentless children living in the area. We collaborated with MyCARE in Malaysia to donate school supplies to children affected by a massive flood in Kelantan. The flood severely damaged thousands of houses and left many families struggling to make ends meet.
